It is surprising to read the posts in this thread.
Global warming is not a question of individual finances.
Most people do not see the danger of global warming.
March was the warmest month ever recorded in Europe.
Everyone must contribute to stopping global warming.

Unfortunately it is. Many people see the danger, but the structure of modern socioeconomics does not provide a viable means to greatly affect it. Like it or not, the world is no longer a subsistence agrarian economy. People and governments are unwilling to return to that, or to embrace costly and politically disruptive measures necessary to control global warming in the short term. They are like you, hoping that "somebody" will do something about it, but just end up kicking the can down the road. I have an easy plan to stop global warming, but you and three quarters of the other people in the world, wouldn't like it. Watch ST-TOS S1 E13.

You are confusing weather with climate.

How do we slow the climate crisis?
    We use less energy.
    Or the collections of 3He.
I believe the race to the moon is fueled by the collection and usages of 3He and it applications in nuclear fusion and quantum computing.
But the shipping cost are out of this world.
3He also found on the ocean floor near mid-ocean ridges where active sea-floor spreading occurs.

    Climate change is un-stopp-able

Electric revolution that will culminate with hydrogen and ammonia is un-stopp-able
