Thought of the day, 4 straps lift 500t, weigh nothing.
Why not use them for emergencies ?

To my eye, this looks to much like a hotdog. That tall mast was too tall, and that unusual wind storm burst rolled it right over a full 90 degrees, took on water, into a sinking capsize.

72 meter, 237 foot tall mast!

On one of the vids, owners will decide whether to scrap or sell the hull. If sold the comment was the mast would be shortened 20 meters.
This hull having rolled will have to overcome the public perception of it being unsafe for some rich person to risk and buy it.

These pictures are terrible, I feel sorry for these people.

There are some pretty bad storms on the Mediterranean Sea.

Not like the ones on the Pacific, but temporary and deadly too.

"No thing beside remains. Round the decay
Of that colossal wreck, boundless and bare
The lone and level sands stretch far away."
Unfortunately, it is all awaiting us.
