    Hello everyone,

I am planning to build a 12pax commercial jet boat based on the designs that were designed a while ago. As I am considering building her with composite materials, mostly GRP rather than the aluminum, I was wondering if anyone had similar experiences. The biggest reason for my consideration is that there are mold sets, and my concern are about scantling issues and weight distributions that are related to the performance. thanks.

Are you able to post any drawings of the design(s) that you are considering?
And please do tell us a bit more about the boat that you want to build - such as what is the intended service speed, how many passengers will it carry, and what engines you intend to use?

    Jinlee,

Are you able to give more information about the type of boat and what its use will be?

Do you use your "Powerboat 28ft Single drive" for commercial use now?

Why do you want a jet drive, river use or for divers safety?

    Thanks
