Accommodations:  July 10 - 3 nights. I have options - BW - 20 rooms - 90.00 p/nt p/room plus tax, THis hotel is about 1 1/2 miles from the race site.  I also have a few rooms at the Cedar Shores Resort (race site area) ... rooms are $99.95 and are very limited.  

Motor home Parking: Ample Space available

Course Size:     1.1/4      mile course – Clock start -     4  Laps -

Credentials:  Pits: Wrist bands required. Please advise names of Race Team members that will be attending.  Available at registration.

Set Up:  Friday: After 12:00 Noon

              Saturday: 6:00 am to 9:00 am

Crane: (2) Cranes

Docks:  100 feet of dock space

Utilities: Water, 110 Volt power.  Also Ice, available in Pits

Waste Oil:  Waste Oil Drums available in Pits 

Drivers Physicals:  Saturday  @7:30 a.m.

Drivers Meeting:    Saturday  @ 8:30 a.m.
